Once you've submitted your Request for Service and set your internal deadline, the Flextribe platform takes care of the rest. The selected consultancies are automatically invited to respond to your request.

📬 What Happens on the Deadline Day?

When your submission deadline is reached, Flextribe will notify you via email.

📩 The email includes:

• A confirmation that your RfS is ready for evaluation

• A direct link to the specific assignment page
  So you can jump straight into reviewing the candidates and proposals.

👀 Can I Track Progress Before the Deadline?

Yes! You can access your RfS in the platform at any time - even before the deadline has passed.

During the submission window, you can:

• Follow the real-time status of submitted proposals

• Review candidates as they’re uploaded

• Get a head start on your evaluation process

🔍 How to Evaluate Candidates and Proposals

Submitted candidates are shown in a Kanban-style board, offering a quick overview of each nominee, including:

• Name and supplying company

• Price and availability

• Category

• Other relevant metadata linked to the RfS

Click on a candidate to view:

• Full CV

• Supplier comments
  (CV downloads can be restricted based on your company’s compliance settings)

You can move candidates between stages using drag-and-drop functionality:

✅ How to Accept or Reject Candidates and Proposals

📞 Calling in for Interview

• Move a candidate to Called in for Interview

• A pop-up appears with a pre-generated email

Once you select a candidate and mark them as Won, Flextribe triggers:

• 📩 Email and platform notification to Procurement, so they can begin contract creation
