Procurement Workflow: A New Request for Service is Received
When a Hiring Manager in your organization submits a request for a consultant, you will be notified both via email and through the internal notification system within the Flextribe platform.
All submitted Requisition Forms are automatically gathered under the “Requests for Service” section in Flextribe. This provides your team with a structured, real-time overview of all incoming requests that are pending approval or sourcing.
Key Features of the Process
✅ Clear Overview
All new and unhandled requests are displayed in a single view, enabling your team to quickly identify outstanding tasks and take action.

✅ Efficient Prioritisation
Built-in filters such as:
Deadline
Responsible person
Project title
…make it easy to sort and prioritise requisitions based on urgency or ownership.
✅ Easy Access to Details
When a team member picks up a request, they can access all key details in one place, including:
Scope of work
Expected start and end dates
Relevant context or constraints

From there, they can directly initiate a mini-bid process and invite suitable suppliers to respond. See more here in the step: How to distribute
✅ User-Friendly Workflow
This streamlined setup ensures transparency and accountability across your team. Hiring Managers can easily track progress, while your procurement team stays aligned and efficient throughout the sourcing process.
